My mom used to make this drink every day so I learned this recipe from her I used to be very curious about this recipe.     In Summer this Aam Panna recipe is a super nutritious drink, Enjoy it.


    • 2 green mangoes(Kerry)

    • ½ cup sugar

    • 1 Lemon

    • 2 tsp. Mint leaves

    • 2 tsp black salt

    • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder

    • 2 cups water


    • Boil the mangoes till they become soft inside and skin gets discolored.Boil the mangoes
    • When it becomes cool to handle remove the skin and squeeze the pulpremove the skin and squeeze the pulp
