We at Indian Healthy Food always strive for the best quality product reaching the customers.
Customers are required to ensure correctness of delivery address (including the pin code).
As a policy we do not accept returned items, however in the unfortunate and rare event of receiving damaged /defective product, kindly raise the issue by emailing us on email@example.com within 24 hours of having received the product. We will surely try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Cancellation of order – Once the order is placed, the same cannot be cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel the order. In case of cancellations by us, a notification will be sent to customer’s registered mobile number and/or email ID and refund for the same will be processed within 7 business days. We will not be liable for any kind of interest/compensation in such cases. We will refund the amount through the same mode by which the customer would make the payment, through our Payment Gateway partner.
For international transactions, if a refund is to be processed, the refund will be initiated for the Rupee amount received at our end. Any ccy conversion charges/ fluctuation difference arising out will be solely customer’s responsibility.
