Shipping Policy:

In most of the cases, if the order is placed on a working day before 12 pm, it is shipped same day. However, there can be conditions beyond our control when the shipment is done on the next working day.

You are required to provide us the correct shipping address (including the pin code).

In case you book multiple order for the Products in one transaction, we would endeavour to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible due to some product characteristics and/or logistical issues. If you purchase multiple products in the single transaction, then all the Products would be dispatched to a single shipping address given by you. If you wish to ship Products to different addresses, then you should book the orders separately based on the delivery addresses.

We ship all orders using reputed courier only via surface mode. To retain the freshness of the products, we do not stock the products in bulk. In situations which are beyond our control (Product unavailability, Public holidays, Strikes, Natural Disasters etc.), there could be a delay in shipping the Order. Products will be delivered to the address mentioned by the customer while placing the order. We will not be responsible for delivery delays in case an incorrect or incomplete address. We will not deliver to post-box only address.

Typically the delivery time ranges from 2 business days to 10 business days depending on the delivery location however, the timings and days of delivery will be as per the policies of the Courier Company. Any special requests for delivery time slots should be taken up directly with the Courier Company by the Customer. Delayed delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the customer to any damages or compensation. Return or Refund would be done based on the Return and Refund policy as mentioned on

Packaging & Handling Charges:

We Procure specialise secondary packaging depending on the nature of the product (Tampered proof bags, Corrugated Boxes, etc), which are given to merchants to ensure no damages in transit. As we procure this especially for your shipment, we charge a very nominal amount which is included in the Product price.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with quality assurance from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned brand manufacturer mentioned on the package or let us know & we’ll help you regarding the same.

We can only offer returns if a package was damaged during the shipping process or if the products are spoiled. In this case, please provide clear photos at or WhatsApp us at +91-6395993356 within 24 hours of delivery of the product.
