Sweet Corn Recipe- Buttered & Masala

Boil water in a pan add sweet corn and boil them for 4-5 minutes.

Drain off water and keep corn aside.

Heat a pan add corn add butter and let the butter melt.

Add salt to taste ,red chilli powder ,chaat masala ,black pepper powder and squeeze lemon and mix well 

 then check the taste of masala corn you add the spices according to your taste or choice less or more.

Now add a tbsp of mayonnaise or you can also add cheese kids will love to have it.

.Mix well and serve hot
